VetzApp – Clinic Automation 1.3

The enterprise software solution contains:

1. Dashboard

All key changes and updates regarding appointments made, billing activity, digital pet medical record activity, and inventory activity (product sales and purchase activity) are displayed in the dashboard to get a high level picture of all the recent activity in the clinic. While the appointment scheduling can be updated here, the other activities pertaining to billing, digital pet medical records, and inventory (product sales tracking) can only be viewed and further operations can be carried out by diving into the enterprise software solution.

2. Appointments

All operations relating to confirmation, rescheduling, and canceling appointments can be carried out from this section. Additionally the vet can also check the daily calendar where appointments scheduled for different time-slots are listed so that it can be tracked easily.

3. Medical Records

The entire medical record of a pet is stored in this section. This involves even more frequent operations such as bath or hair and rare events such as incidents.

The essential functions which can be performed in each sub-section is:

• Create records for each operation needed
• Add pictures or additional notes for some sub-section
• Get periodic reminders for different operations and the period for each can be set
• Look at past records of each sub-section for the pet concerned

Daily Care:

The different sections and corresponding sub-sections are as follows

o Hygiene – Bath, Hair, Teeth, Ears, Nails
o Periodic Maintenance – External Deworming, Internal Deworming, Vaccinations
o Medications
o Measurements – Weight, Temperature, Height
o Incidents
o Menstrual Cycles – Average frequency and duration can be tracked

Medical Records:

The different sections and corresponding sub-sections are as follows

o Lab Results – Documents, Lab Tests, Numeric Results (When some of the parameters are above or below the prescribed range, the suspected disease will be displayed.)
o Genetic Tests
o Medical Conditions
o Allergies
o Pregnancy Details

Other sub-sections in the medical records section of the enterprise software solution are a Timeline of all medical record related activity, General Instructions, customized notifications from the vet, a calendar of scheduled activities, a gallery of pet pictures, and a facility to refer the medical records to another vet.

4. Inventory

Inventory activity can be tracked using this section. Product sales can be tracked at the level of an individual user and the vets can keep a tab on the purchasing activity of a client to customize their services. Additionally stock-keeping can be carried out with a facility to add new products and also view changes to inventory when product sales occur.

5. Billing

All payments made and those that are due can be tracked from the billing section. The vet can also raise an invoice and get remuneration employing the billing feature of the enterprise software solution.

6. Online Queries

VetzApp offers the vet a unique chance to get queries resolved in an online platform with clients from the comfort of their home via online query resolution module. The online query section is powered with chat, image exchange, and video call facility to make the process feel as good as a physical consulting session at the clinic.

7. My Clients (Client Activity Tracking)

The essential part of VetzApp is to enable vets to get a greater visibility over the activities of each of the clients. Hence under My Clients, the vet can check all their clients’ activities including appointments scheduled, products bought, and online queries sought and can even raise invoices from this section.
